Graduate High School with a College Degree by Angelicum Academy
Pontifex University is a faithful Catholic college rooted in the Catholic intellectual tradition. In addition to an undergraduate degree, Pontifex offers rigorous Masters and Doctorate programs in Theology and Education to help form and equip Catholic leaders for the renewal of the Church. On the BA Degree Track with Pontifex University, students will read the classics of Western civilization in the Angelicum Academy’s renowned Great Books Program, and beginning in their junior year of high school will study English, theology, philosophy, mathematics, and science directly with Pontifex University. Graduates of the Angelicum Academy BA Degree Track receive an Associate’s degree (AA) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Catholic Liberal Arts from Pontifex University. This BA may be earned as early as the completion of 12th grade (see chart below).
The BA Degree Track is $675 for ten months (or $6,750) annually for four years and includes full tuition for all 120 credit hours needed for a BA with Pontifex University—60 credits from the Angelicum Academy’s Great Books Program and Theology Online courses, and 60 credits from Pontifex University. At $225 per credit hour, including allfees, we believe the Angelicum BA Degree Track is the most affordable path to a BA degree from a Catholic college or university available to students today.

Pontifex University is fully approved by the State of Georgia to award specific Associates, Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral degrees. Pontifex University also has accreditation application pending with DEAC (Distance Education Accrediting Commission), an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. We will update this page once Pontifex University accreditation has been awarded. The Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC) accreditation process generally takes 18 to 24 months for smaller, well-prepared institutions, and once approved the accreditation is retroactive to the filing date (2026).
