Financial Matters
The Great Books Association of Schools and Co-Ops recognizes that each school and co-op is unique in its approach. Many existing schools and co-ops are interested in adapting their current curriculum to include select portions of the Angelicum Academy curriculum while retaining other portions of their existing curriculum. New schools and co-ops may desire this same flexibility. The Great Books Association of Schools and Co-Ops does not require “a one size fits all approach” and will strive to be as flexible as possible to support member schools and co-ops.
To assist you in budgeting for your school or co-op, the Association has developed Interactive Budget Planners for each level (elementary and secondary). We have invested many hours in developing these budget planners which will walk you through budget development step-by step. The budget planners are in Microsoft Excel format and the links will be found below for either elementary or secondary. These planners contain detail on curriculum and links to our website or other websites for additional information. Download the templates. When you open the templates, you will see a message notifying you that the template has links and asking permission to trust them and enable content. The templates are safe for you to do so.
Elementary Level: Association support for school or co-ops is new and the Association will work with each school or co-op individually to determine an appropriate tuition based on how much of the Angelicum Academy curriculum listed below is desired. Angelicum Academy curriculum includes: Lesson Plans, Study Guides, Grading, transcript maintenance, and consultation. Your school or co-op is free to use an entirely different core curriculum or something less than the full Angelicum Academy curriculum (mix and match). If you use less than the full Angelicum Academy curriculum, the price is reduced accordingly. Angelicum Academy is accredited, and its transcripts are routinely accepted including by colleges. Angelicum will incorporate both Angelicum courses and courses from other sources used by your school or co-op in a consolidated transcript (if desired, using your school or co-op name and logo) for your students. Acceptance of transcripts is dependent on the receiving institution. You may access the elementary template by clicking here. The template is a Microsoft Excel template. If you do not have Microsoft Excel, you can open them in Google Sheets.
